Using the site

Use the site for personal, lawful purposes. Our photos, logos and designs belong to Miami Wild Exotics and can't be copied without permission.

Merch orders

Merch is made to order and shipped to you. Prices are in US dollars and shown at checkout with shipping and any Florida sales tax before you pay. We may cancel and refund an order if there's a pricing error or a problem filling it. See our Shipping and Returns pages for details.

Live animals

Live animals are sold in store only, never through this website. Anything shown online is for information only. Availability and prices aren't guaranteed and are confirmed by the owner in store. All sales follow Florida law and Florida Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission (FWC) rules, and some animals may need permits or paperwork.

Limitation of liability

The site and its information are provided "as is." To the fullest extent allowed by law, Miami Wild Exotics isn't liable for indirect or incidental damages, and our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. We may update them from time to time, and the date above shows the latest version.
